As a team supervisor electricity, you are responsible for the proper preparation and progress of day-to-day projects. You consult with various people such as the project manager, customers and your own team. You know how to delegate tasks, guide others and give instructions. Safety is a top priority for you and you actively encourage your team to act so. You know how to make a correct assessment and how to remain calm in unexpected matters.

Your profile:

• You have an A3/A2 electricity diploma and/or several years of relevant work experience

• You have a driving license B

• You are passionate about electricity, you are enthusiastic and full of drive

• You think solution-oriented, you are an initiator and you feel good in a role where you can direct others, share knowledge and give instructions

• You know how to deal with various assignments and unplanned matters 

• You are eager to learn and willing to expand your technical baggage

Job-related competencies:

• Managing your team on site

• Analyzing electrical plans

• Installing all kinds of electrical components

• Connecting electrical boxes

• Working on networks and data cabling, fiber control cables.
